As an effort to encourage donations to community and nonprofit projects and to increase awareness of volunteer opportunities in Juneau, JCF provides information and links to organizations, such as nonprofit agencies, schools, and the city and borough of Juneau. This space is provided at no cost to individuals or groups who conduct nonprofit or volunteer activities for the Juneau community. Interested in donating or volunteering? However, JCF urges donors to verify the nonprofit status of each organization before donating. Donors can do this by contacting the organization itself or speaking to a tax professional.
