Peter Barrett Memorial

The Peter Barrett Memorial Fund was established to honor the memory of Peter Barrett and help support charitable causes of deep importance to him. Those causes include an annual donation to Juneau Mountain Rescue and a scholarship that will be provided through the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council for a University student interested in photography. Knowing of Peter’s love of Southeast Alaska and Juneau specifically, his friends and family felt this fund would be a wonderful way to keep Peter’s spirit alive and give back to the community he cherished.

Donations to the Peter Barrett Memorial will be used to meet community needs as determined by the Juneau Community Foundation Board of Directors.
